1. Using our services

You may access our public website for information and submit forms to request services. You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with its security, or attempt to access data that does not belong to you.

2. Access & Impact Program

Submitting an Access & Impact Program application does not guarantee an award. Credits are discretionary and subject to the policy version presented during submission. If approved, you will receive an Impact Award Letter that governs the credit amount, Award ID, and Statement of Work scope.

3. Electronic signatures

We offer the option to sign documents electronically. By checking the electronic consent boxes and completing the signature fields, you agree to sign electronically and to receive related records electronically. We capture your typed name, any drawn signature image, submission timestamp, IP address, browser or device information, and a SHA-256 hash of the flattened PDF. These records are retained for at least seven years in encrypted storage hosted in U.S.-based, SOC 2 Type II vendor data centers with role-based access controls. When contractual obligations end, we review the records for secure destruction and purge them within 60 days unless a legal hold applies. You may request a paper workflow or data review at any time by contacting impact@authenticdynamics.com.

4. Document retention

We keep contracts, applications, signature images, and associated hashes for at least seven years unless a longer period is required by law. Backups are stored in encrypted services located in the United States, and access is restricted to authorized personnel under confidentiality agreements. We document deletion workflows and respond to verified retention or purge requests submitted to impact@authenticdynamics.com.

5. Privacy and reCAPTCHA

Your use of the site is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We use Google reCAPTCHA to protect forms from spam. By using the forms you agree to the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service, which explain how Google collects and processes data for this feature.

6. Intellectual property

All content on this site—including text, designs, software, and branding—is owned by Authentic Dynamics LLC unless otherwise noted. You may not reuse or republish it without permission.

7. Disclaimers

We provide this site “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Authentic Dynamics LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or services.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be noted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance.
